With the competition in the market place today we all struggle to just hold on to what we have. High Gas Prices, World Affairs, Elections, and on and on. The Fleet owners can solve differences of course but they are always looking at the bottom line. Competitors pricing you out driving the price down so Profits are jeopardized. Working together is always the best solution. Don't let the government step in and solve your problems. This will hurt every one concerned. Make the best of it. Work together and find the solutions as a group. From one business owner to another your greatest asset is the DRIVER not the truck. It won't move without him. Keep him happy and reward him for "Job Well Done". A experienced drive will make you more money than a Newie. Unless you want to step in the truck yourself open your eyes.
