Hours: We have sales assistants available to take your order from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Friday eastern time. If you stop by, our store is open Monday - Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm. Method Of Payment: The preferred method is credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard Discover, & American Express. COD: We are sorry, but we can no longer accept COD orders. PrePay: Please phone your order to us for a total before sending the pre payment. Payment can be made by personal check, business check, cashiers check or certified check. Back Orders: Merchandise not available at the time of the order will be back ordered and shipped when available with no additional shipping charges unless NO BACK ORDERS is requested. Minimum Order: There is no minimum order. However there is minimum shipping / packaging costs that apply to every order. Prices: All prices & specifications subject to change without notice. Shipping & Delivery
At this time, THE ALUMINUM BOX COMPANY ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does THE ALUMINUM BOX COMPANY ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. NOTICE: I am sure a lot of you will agree that if something is worth doing right then time needs to be spent to insure that it is done right. The same concerns that went into its content are carried over with its shipping concerns. Your items will be shipped the next workday when possible. In some cases this will not be possible. When we receive your order it is sent to our shipping department. Unless you have stated otherwise by email your order will be shipped complete, not partial. The CB's we offer on site are tuned if requested, accessories added if requested. This takes some time for the task to by completed correctly. Custom assembled BOXES require time to do it right and we do not rush this task. If we are out of stock on one or more of your purchases or the product has been discontinued we will contact you by email and give you an approximate time to expect delivery. Working with distributors as well as shipping companies common sense tells us not to over state delivery times when some of the service is not under our control. Warranties
Limited Warranty: THE ALUMINUM BOX COMPANY warrants, to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials & workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace, at our option, any defective product for that period. Other manufacturer warranties may also apply. This warranty does not apply to clearance and discontinued items or sold ?as is?. All warranty claims must be shipped back to us prepaid & insured with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. The warranty becomes void if product is misused, altered, abused or installed improperly. Return Policy
Damaged Merchandise: If you discover a damaged shipment, the carrier should be notified immediately. The merchandise should not be returned to us until notified to do so by the carrier. All packaging materials must be kept including boxes and styrofoam fill for inspection by the carrier or the claim may be denied. Returns & Exchanges: At THE ALUMINUM BOX COMPANY we want you to be happy with your purchase. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all merchandise that it is what you ordered. If the wrong item was sent or you are not satisfied with the quality, properly pack, in original shipping box if possible, enclose a copy of your invoice with reason for return (not as expected, etc.), and ship prepaid (insured) by UPS ground or USPS prepaid (we do not accept COD). Returned items must be in original boxes, unused and in resalable condition. Any merchandise held over 14 days may not be returned. No returns on books, echo boards, or roger beep. No return on any product that has had the UPC barcode removed. Please Note: SHIPPING AND LABOR CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE Any Returns may be subject to a RESTOCKING FEE of 20%. This will be our decision if it is applied or not. Customer for the most part will be issued a credit that can be used on our site.
